We carefully pack and dispatch all Byron Candle Co orders from Australia.

Shipping Options

Orders placed before 3pm are eligible for guaranteed overnight EXPRESS shipping.
Shipping is a flat rate of AUD $20, calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 3pm are usually packed and sent the same day via Australia Post Overnight Express (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During launches, pre-order releases, and peak gifting periods, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders placed before 3pm are Express delivered to your door. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking

All parcels include tracking, so you can follow your delivery journey from dispatch to your door. Please note Byron Candle Co is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We pack every order with care. If your parcel arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds Policy

We stand by our quality. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund, no questions asked, we trust you. We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@byroncandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Prefer something different? If you change your mind, you can also return your purchase for a full refund or exchange, just cover the return shipping cost.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day and sent via Overnight Express (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre-order items are processed within 2–3 business days of arriving in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on Australian based orders over $150.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day and sent via Overnight Express (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains any pre order items, please allow an additional time for processing. Pre order items will be shipped separately from regular items.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped EXPRESS post via Australia Post.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat rate of AUD $20 Australia-wide, with FREE shipping on orders over $150.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address especially if it has already been dispatched.
